My design office is located in Kent, Ohio and is the base for all of my freelance design, fine art, and photography work. A small staff of designers, programmers, and web developers work with me, helping to provide you with the best service possible. Originally under the name "Xaler Studios", Gregory Allen Porter design has been servicing clients all across the world since 2007, ranging from custom website design, print work, and web development, to marketing consultation and web maintenance.

One thing you can be sure of with G.A.P. Design is that we're not your average design company. Our staff is formally trained in graphic and fine arts, providing you with beautiful, functional designs that are tailored to suit your every need.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Gregory Allen Porter has studied at the University of Toledo and Kent State University, with a major in Visual Communication Design and minors in Fine Arts and Writing.

Gregory Allen Porter was born in 1988 in Wilmington, Delaware and spent most of his childhood in Scottsdale Arizona and the later part of his youth in Massillon, Ohio.

He is an activist for gay rights, as is reflected in much of his work and describes his body of work as a "scathing social commentary".."dripping with irony and sarcasm. There's a level of parody to it." His work is often political in nature and not the least bit politically correct. He also describes himself as a graphic and commercial artist. His professional focus is on web, graphic and print design as well as creative writing.

Though art and design is his main focus, Gregory is also a writer with his first compilation of poetry titled, "Quick! Say Something Profound..." released in August 2009. A new version of "Quick" is slated for a Fall 2012 release.
